Refund Policy

Merchant Compliance

Upon receiving notification of payment from Fasheholic, the merchant must ship the item within 3 working days. All shipping documentation should be kept in the event of dispute. Failure to produce shipping evidence would result in deduction of the disputed amount and additional bank charges within the merchant account held with Fasheholic. Scan copy will be requested upon dispute and sent to the Fasheholic team (support@fasheholic.com) .

Damaged Goods

Upon receiving damaged goods, photos focusing on the damaged area must be taken by t he buyers . All photo evidence is to be se nt for review by the Fasheholic team (support@fasheholic.com). Claims with no photo evidence will not be processed. If the goods are found to be damaged, the buyer is eligible to opt for a replacement or a full refund.

  1. Replacement

    The replacement is to be sent directly to the buyer with the merchant paying all the shipping cost.

  2. Full Refund

    The disputed amount and additional bank charges to be deducted from the merchant account held with Fasheholic.

Lost Items
  • Delivery without Tracking and Conformation

    An item is to be process as lost under this category (Delivery without Tracking and Conformation ) only in the event that arrival overdue by 2 weeks from the expected delivery date. The shipping document provided by the merchant will be reviewed by the Fasheholic team. Once confirmed as lost or stolen, the buyer is eligible to opt for a replacement or a full refund.

    1. Replacement

      The replacement is to be sent directly to the buyer with the merchant paying all the shipping cost.

    2. Full Refund

      The disputed amount and additional bank charges to be deducted from the merchant account held with Fasheholic.

  • Delivery with Tracking and Conformation

    An item is to be process under this category (Delivery with Tracking and Conformation) as lost only in the event that delivery was confirmed but the buyer did not received the goods. The shipping document including delivery conformation provided by the merchant will be reviewed by the Fasheholic team. Once delivery conformation is verified, the buyer will not be entitled to a replacement or refund.
