BlaQlaz simply means "Black Class" in a short and classy term. BlaQlaz is a place whereby you will find black apparels and accessories. People always say that black isn't a color. Shin don't see it that way. To her, as long as a color can be found in the hex color code, it IS a color. Though it's #000000 for black and #ffffff for white, they do have their code don't they?
Furthermore, without Black, many of our visual stuffs may not be able to bring out the true feel/meaning of it. Likewise, it is like a characteristic from the inner self to be brought out. So... Just Qlaz it. Viola~
